Gautam Buddha Central Library was established in January 1998 and is governed by Library Advisory Committee. Gautam Buddha Central Library of BBAU has been named after Lord Gautam Buddha. The Gautam Buddha Central Library is using new technologies for providing web based information services to the library users. Now, from anywhere users can access Library catalog through the WebOPAC from the web address http://14.139.228.238/. The library also have Braille Section for the Visually Differently able and low vision students for providing them reading and listening help in their studies.
